If you have an issue with your check, your first step is to use the notice of pay problem form below. If you see that hours were incorrectly listed on your time sheet, or your time sheet does not have all the required signatures; please submit an amended correct time sheet that both you and your supervisor have signed, along with you Notice of Pay Problem form. If this does not resolve your issue or if you are unfairly denied, then please contact the office.
