ACOA has become aware that many Officers who have an MTA Online email address are not receiving our email newsletters because they are being caught in MTA’s spam filter. Below are instructions on how to ensure that you will always receive ACOA’s email newsletters. If you have any trouble or questions, give us a call at the ACOA Office – (907) 646-2262.

Step 1 – Navigate to the url https://www.mtasolutions.com/ in any browser. Hover over “Login” in the top right corner of the screen and click the “Spam Filter” menu item.

Step 2 – To login use your normal email address and password.

Step 3 – After logging in you may see a pop up box. If you do, just close the pop up box, then click on the “Policies” tab.

Step 4 – Add the following three IP addresses to the “SPF Exceptions” section (the third section down on the page). Add the IP addresses by entering (or copying and pasting) each one in the small field above the big box and then clicking the green plus symbol.

The ip addresses are:

205.201.128.0/20
198.2.128.0/18
148.105.0.0/16

Step 5 – There is no save button, they automatically save after you click the green plus for each. When you are finished, your screen should like the image below.

You’re done – You can close out of your browser. You will now receive ACOA’s newsletters in your inbox.
